Our story begins with Jean Paul, a young and determined dreamer who left his homeland in Lebanon for the bustling streets of Paris, driven by a passion for hairdressing. At just 16 years old, he embarked on this journey and honed his craft at the esteemed St-Louis Ecole de La Coiffure.

Jean Paul’s dedication led to the establishment of his first salon in Paris, where he worked tirelessly for over a decade, leaving behind satisfied customers in his wake. In the 1970s, Jean Paul’s journey brought him to the UAE, where he founded one of Dubai’s pioneering salons, the renowned JeanPaul Salon. Over the years, with the commitment of his professional team, the salon became one of the city’s most esteemed establishments.

For over 35 years, Jean Paul and his team proudly served at the Meridien Hotel, creating memorable experiences for countless guests. In 2016, they embarked on a new chapter at the Hyatt Regency Creek hotel.
